We are a collective of Savannah citizens working to bring green long-term affordable housing to Savannah Chatham County Georgia. We would like for you to meet our board and hear our stories.
A Community Land Trust (CLT) – is a member based non-profit organization that obtains and manages land for community benefit. A CLT is a membership based organization open to all people who live or work within a specified geographic area. Parcels of land are removed from the real estate market and become community owned. The CLT owns the land and puts it to use for community benefit. The CLT is a democratically governed organization. Through a unique board structure, meaningful community based decision making is possible.
Our mission is to create long-term affordable housing and make it accessible to all who live in Savannah GA. Not only do we provide housing, here at Savannah Community Land Trust Inc., our goals are to:

Bodua Gordon was born and raised in Savannah Chatham County Georgia on the east side but with strong family ties to West Savannah. Schooled in Chatham county public schools graduated from Sol. C. Johnson High and went on to attend Savannah State University for Three years. He’s a Deacon of Mt. Carmel Baptist Church where he has served since childhood.
Rev. Dr. Larry D. Duncan was born in Savannah, Georgia. After high school, he decided to further his education at Savannah State College and received an honorary Doctorate Degree from Teach Train and Send Theological Seminary. Being a person who loves to help his fellow man, he decided to serve in the United States Armed Forces. International Paper Corporation, City of Savannah Bureau of Public Development, Crossgate Motors, Inc; a member of the International Longshoremen Association Local Union 1414. He enjoys helping and assisting others cultivate positive change in their lives academically, technically, spiritually, scientifically and economically.
A Savannah native who brings a passion for community development that doesn’t exclude the residents and working class. With over 7 years of leadership development, I look to continue to develop leaders in the community as we work to develop the community.
As Founder and CEO, Kenny was born in Savannah, GA has 4 adult children. Has Finance degree from Southern Illinois and has work in financial areas in California and client coast to coast. Many from concepts to a global business with annual sales exceeding $10 million at its peak. Utilizing many of the same tactics commonly used today, Kenny Law pioneered the art of integrating platforms of software uses of estates plans, business plans, “Legacy Smart Assets Seminars”, fiduciary accounting, bottling, oil & gas, coal, engineering, insurance, communications and aerospace technologies nearly thirty years ago. Kenny has over 25 years of corporate experience in having successful business strategies with C.I.T. Corp. Security Pacific Bank aka B of A, Occidental Petroleum Corp. MONY, Orkin, GenesisIntermedia.com, Price, Raffle and Brown and former Insurance agent and registered rep. As a motivational speaker, Kenny’s quintessential rags-to-riches success story of sacrifice, hard work, and perseverance as well as the unique and charismatic way he communicates it, will inspire any audience.
Paul A. Stephens, II became involved with the Savannah Community Land Trust in 2022 and is a native to the East side of Savannah. He is the Financial Department Lead and also owns and operates a Financial Planning Firm, Paul the Advisor, LLC, that serves those in the community that do not have stock or bond investments. He graduated from Purdue University Global with a Bachelor’s in Finance, with a focus on financial planning. His passion is assisting the underserved communities, as evident with his volunteer service at Gilliard and Company, Blessings in a Bookbag, and Sustainable Education Solutions.
